New Building Construction

RIV excels in completing new construction projects, where end-to-end building work is performed from the ground up. This type of project may consist of any exterior or interior work included in our other project types, as well as comprehensive project management. Westfield, Massachusetts is the home of RIV’s largest new construction project to date. RIV quickly stepped up to the challenge of building the massive 657,000 square foot Home Depot Rapid Deployment Center and completed it in just over 12 months.
