Home Depot RDC – Westfield, MA

RIV’s largest project to date is for one of Home Depot’s 19 Rapid Deployment Centers (RDCs) located throughout the country. The project consisted of complex site development and new construction of a 657,000 square foot distribution center set on a 75-acre site. The resulting state-of-the-art distribution center services approximately 130 Home Depot stores throughout New England, delivering inventory to stores within a maximum 72-hour timeframe.
