Little Bennett Clubhouse – Clarksburg, MD

RIV Construction Group completed new construction and surrounding site development of a two-story clubhouse and support facilities for a public golf course. The clubhouse includes a pro shop, open dining/banquet area, bar and full commercial kitchen. Architectural details include custom woodwork throughout the interior, a wrap-around, colonnade-style exterior deck for outdoor seating and a covered brick storage structure for golf carts and mechanical equipment.
