Management Team
With over 33 years of experience in construction management, William (Bill) Rivellini’s dedication to quality, safety and client satisfaction is evident throughout all of his construction projects. As a graduate of Catholic University in Washington, DC with a Bachelors degree in Architecture and Masters degree in Engineering, he received academic honors in his concentration of Construction Management. Bill’s experience in architecture and construction provides RIV Construction Group with strong technical expertise as well as management skills. As president, he is active in all aspects of the business, providing leadership for his professional team and innovative ideas for his clients.
With over 33 years of experience in the construction industry, Robert (Bob) Burke is responsible for project bidding and estimating, contract negotiations and managing the Northeast Headquarters’ operations. Bob’s extensive knowledge makes him a valuable member of our project team. His background as a carpenter, foreman, supervisor and field operations manager has contributed to developing his skills as a company manager. Bob’s integrated construction background and personal integrity exemplify RIV Construction Group’s team philosophy and hands-on management approach.
As Safety Director, Thomas (Tom) Davis is responsible for implementing and maintaining RIV Construction Group’s safety program. Tom also acts as RIV’s liaison for implementing our clients’ Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), an area in which he holds a number of certifications, and is responsible for the coordination and distribution of RIV’s project documents. Tom has over 20 years of experience in managing commercial and residential projects, as well as implementing project safety guidelines. He has received OSHA training in many concentrations and is certified under OSHA 510. Tom’s ability to facilitate communications between clients, architects and engineers is a valuable asset to RIV Construction Group.
Stephen (Steve) Caporaletti manages RIV Construction Group’s field operations. In this capacity, he oversees the daily operations of all ongoing projects; handles project scheduling and budgets; ensures quality control; and communicates continually with subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, owners and architects throughout all phases of construction. A major part of Steve’s job entails working closely with key players to identify issues before they become problems and to come up with pragmatic, workable solutions that get the job done on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Steve has worked in the construction industry for over 36 years, 31 of which have been in management; throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for fairness and integrity.
With over 10 years of experience in commercial construction, Anthony (Tony) Corso demonstrates a strong sense of leadership and teamwork in his current role as project manager at RIV Construction Group. Tony is responsible for day-to-day field operations for multiple projects, which includes supervising subcontractors and superintendents as well as ensuring project plans are followed, expenses are tracked and daily reporting is monitored. Beginning his construction career in masonry, Tony moved to progressively more responsible positions as superintendent and assistant project manager to gain the hands-on experience needed for successful project management.
Robb Bowers provides management support for all phases of RIV Construction Group’s projects, including coordinating subcontractors, materials and equipment as well as ensuring adherence to project specifications. As a project manager, Robb supervises the jobsite team and oversees project scheduling, daily reporting and site safety. His fierce loyalty to client satisfaction demonstrates his dedication to quality work and service. Robb has worked in the construction industry for over 22 years, holding positions in masonry, as a labor foreman, superintendent and project manager. Prior to joining RIV Construction Group, Robb co-owned and operated a masonry contracting business.
Sue Holland is responsible for managing RIV Construction Group’s accounting, insurance and banking activities. With over 20 years of experience in financial management, Sue provides a critical role in the company’s daily business operations. As controller, she provides a communication link between the corporate offices, field staff and subcontractors when analyzing job cost data and processing payments. Sue also manages employee health insurance records, company benefit plans, employee payroll, business insurance, licensing and tax records.
Laura Romero brings over 8 years of experience in project administration to the RIV Construction Group team. Her responsibilities include contract management, change order preparation, project invoicing and other project administration duties. With her dedication to details, Laura is also a valuable client liaison, communicating essential project operation information to RIV Construction Group’s clients.
