RIV enjoys a longstanding successful relationship with the world’s largest home improvement specialty retailer. We have completed nearly 40 projects for Home Depot, which incorporate all five project types in which RIV specializes. Projects range from tool rental centers to garden center additions to major remodels and new construction projects including significant site development. Some of the largest projects RIV has in its portfolio – both in terms of project value and overall square footage – were completed for Home Depot’s retail stores. The $17.4M project in Mount Pleasant, NY included new construction of a 109,000 square foot building as well as complex site development and resource coordination. At 238,000 square feet, the Union, NJ Supercenter was the first of its kind in terms of a new concept store and is the largest Home Depot worldwide.
