Kohl’s
RIV has completed over 20 projects for the nation’s fourth-largest department store chain. New layout and construction standards incorporated into the remodels, takeovers and new buildings built by RIV support Kohl’s mission to deliver an improved store experience for its customers as well as its commitment to protecting the environment by seeking Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification in all new construction projects. As a preferred vendor in the Kohl’s remodel program, RIV has completed major expansions and renovations as well as several specialized “C3” projects, which update lower-volume stores with high-quality but more basic improvements. With a turnaround of just 4 weeks, C3 projects significantly reduce both the costs and time requirements to complete remodels for this major retailer.
